Architectural Drawings Options

1. You buy our drawings :
  • Which are already made,
  • They are adapted to the land,
  • Designed by experienced Thai architects,
  • Concept already validated by the Land Office.
2. You work with your own architect :
  • The general design of Kalessan properties will have to be respected,
  • Your architect will be responsible for the construction permit.

Construction Options

1. Our recommended builder offers :
  • Construction costs guaranteed by initial contract,
  • A completion deadline guaranteed by initial contract,
  • A 10 year warranty for the building work,
  • A 2 year warranty on sanitary and electric equipment.
2. You work with your own builder.

Supervision options

1. You hire us as project manager :
  • Supervision of material purchases and delivery schedule,
  • Daily presence on construction site,
  • Weekly written update with pictures via email.
2. You hire your own project manager.
