Payment Schedule
- 1. Land purchase / lease :
-
- 100,000 THB at reservation (non refundable),
- 100% at title transfer or leasing contract signature.
- 2. Kalessan's architectural drawings purchase (if option selected) :
-
- 50% at contract signature,
- 50% once construction permit has been obtained.
- 3. Construction with our recommended builder (if option selected) :
-
- 15% at contract signature,
- 15% upon completion of foundations,
- 10% upon completion of framework,
- 10% upon completion of walls, windows and roof,
- 10% upon completion of floor and painting,
- 10% upon completion of plumbing and electrical work,
- 30% upon completion of the house,
Note: Apart from the 15% initial deposit paid at contract signature, any payment will be made prior to each construction phase but will be left in an escrow account controlled by your lawyer. Your payment will be transfered to us only upon completion of the phase.
- Kalessan supervision (if option selected) :
-
- 100,000 THB at contract signature (non refundable),
- Monthly payment once the construction is initiated (assuming a 12 months construction period).
Note: This contract can be stopped any time with one month prior notice.
